Can I cancel or change my booking?
Each trip page shows its own cancellation policy, and that policy applies to your booking. Contact support with your reference to change a date.
Is New Year’s Eve in the Sahara worth it?
For many travellers, yes: desert camps around Merzouga hold a New Year dinner with Berber music, a bonfire and a sky full of stars. It is the busiest week of the year, so book early and expect higher prices.
How many days do I need in Marrakech?
Three to four days covers the medina, gardens and palaces plus one day trip. Add two or three days if you want to continue to the Sahara.
How do I get from Marrakech to Merzouga?
It is about 560 km, so most travellers take a three-day tour via Aït Benhaddou and the Dades or Todra gorges. There are also overnight buses, or flights to Errachidia, about 130 km from the dunes.
How do I get to Dakhla?
Most visitors fly into Dakhla Airport (VIL), with regular flights from Casablanca and some international routes depending on the season. By road it is more than 1,000 km south of Agadir.
How does a private airport transfer work?
You give your flight number and arrival time; the driver tracks the flight, waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign and drives you directly to your riad, hotel or camp at a price fixed in advance.
Is Morocco safe for tourists?
Generally yes. Most visits are trouble-free with normal precautions; the main annoyances are petty scams and persistent sellers in tourist areas.
How do I travel between cities?
Trains (ONCF) between major cities, CTM and Supratours buses elsewhere, and shared grand taxis for shorter hops.
